I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I am passionate about helping individuals through the reproductive years. I am also a mother of two young children, with my own journey of becoming a parent that drew me to this speciality. These personal experiences are why I enjoy and deeply value supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, parenting stressors as well as women and mothers throughout the lifespan.

I also have horses and donkeys I adore and find true healing, connection, and presence from growing relationships with equines. This has inspired me to become dually certified as an Equine Professional and Practitioner (NLC-EP, P) in Trauma-Informed Equine Assisted Therapy through Natural Lifemanship. I provide trauma-focused equine assisted psychotherapy, learn more.
